The Water Within You: Water As Consciousness

Tools for Transformation

I have always been a passionate advocate for water... consistently sharing my insights and new research on water as the ultimate "elixir of life". It is about time that I take advantage of our resourceful platforms and share the sacred knowledge that water presents for us, as a tool for transformation, as we weave the tapestry of creative consciousness in our lives. To understand yourself, you need to understand water. It is that simple.

Primordial Intelligence

The human brain can hold up to 1000 terabytes of information (There are 1000 gigabytes in 1 terabyte, you do the math.) That is a whole lot of space, it makes you wonder. To simplify, 75% of the mass of our brain is water. A single drop of water holds an excessive amount of information which serves as the ultimate vehicle for transportation within our body. Our brain, blood, heart, muscles, lungs, kidney's, liver, skin... are all major organs which function, due to the sacred presence of water. The most sacred intelligence surges within the cells of your body, the water within you.

"Water creates the structure of our DNA and proteins. A seed or embryo, which acts as the carrier of the biological intelligence that is the determiner and means of change, begins in water." A mother, by nature, provides a safe space for her baby and its development in a watery sack, also known as "the womb". The womb is a sacred passageway between "life and death".

Water has Memory

New revelations suggest that water is the medium of consciousness. Water receives and makes an imprint of any outside influence, remembering anything that occurs in the space around it. Any substance that comes into contact with water leaves a trace on it. The malleable structure of water is far more significant than the chemical composition (which we were taught in school). Professor Roy Rustum compared the molecular structure of water to the letters of the alphabet. With this knowledge, we can arrange word, create word, or change word, in which "word" acts as memory within the water.

Evidence suggests, "the geometric clustering of water molecules are altered by the subtlest of influences. Hundreds of thousands of information panels constitute these geometric structures. They register energetic imprints from substances, activities, and the frequency of thought to which water has been exposed." Our connection to Source exists in the same way a water molecule shape-shifts within its environment: transparent and reflective.

Water picks up our creative manifestations (blindly or not) and carries it into physical existence. We are literally embodied as creative codes transmuting infinitely forever. And we wonder why the collective is experiencing a state of disharmony, why our bodies are sick, our human connections distant, our own body as a foreign entity... ya'll are fucking thirsty.

Emotions and Water

Like a stone thrown into water, (I love this metaphor), every thought, feeling, sensation, and emotion is a wave in the collective pool of consciousness.

Newton claimed, "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." Energy in motion, our "e-motions", reflect back to us our greatest discoveries, serving as a teacher for our relations. Because of the prevailing role our emotions play in our virtual reality, water is strongly influenced by our emotions.

The frequency of "prayer" or "intent", communicates to the water inside our bodies to either change, carry, and/or reflect the vibration in which it was charged with. We are simply giant water containers conducting currents, bouncing off one another, within the universal matrix or Mother Earth (who is also a giant water container or "womb").

Breath master, Leonard Orr, taught that thought is creative. If thought is creative, and water is capable of physically taking on the form of our thoughts, therefore, water is creative, and as "water beings", our "dharma", is to be like water, or come home to "water consciousness" as the source of our existence.

Bruce Lee said it best, "I said empty your mind, be formless, shapeless. Now if you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put it in a bottle it becomes the bottle, you put it in a tea pot it becomes the tea pot. Now water can flow, or it can crash. Be water my friend."

Tap Water Kills

Commonly used waters propose some serious health effects.

Tap water is a healthier option than other beverages, but according to the Environmental Working Group, there have been 315 pollutants found in America's tap water since 2004, and over half of these pollutants are completely unregulated and can legally exist and absorb in any amount when you wash your hands or veggies under running tap water. You don't see the alchemy taking place, but a whopping six times more chlorine gets absorbed into our bodies through our lungs and skin tissue while taking a warm shower than if we were to drink tap water. (You probably haven't even thought about the water from your shower or when you or your kids take a bath until now!)

With the current status of contamination in our communities, the public has grown more curious, and health conscious about the truth within their water and are taking steps in facilitating healthier alternatives.

Bottle Water Kills

Bottled water is not necessarily healthier than tap water and yet it costs much more! Although associated with healthy water, bottled water is not guaranteed to be any healthier than tap water.

The commonly used misleading claims about "alkaline" serve as a cover up to the unregulated safety standards of bottled water. "Alkaline" can only be marketed if the water is above a 7.0 pH (7.0 being the pH of our blood; our body's neutral state). This means that corporations add synthetic minerals such as calcium, sodium, and magnesium, to inorganically raise the water's pH, to claim water as "alkaline". These claims which suggest that alkaline water gives your body “superior hydration” is completely false, and has no sound supporting evidence; those of which are scientifically proven to have no greater benefit than drinking other bottled water or tap water.

The excessive amount of toxic chemicals that leak into the bottled water from the plastic it is contained in, has major health hazards to our body and overall health. It takes, on average, 3-6 months for your ordinary water bottle to hit the shelves your local store, allowing any potential "active minerals" to loose its charge (true alkaline ionized water can only last up to 24 hours before it begins to loose its pH properties of holding a highly "alkaline state" within its mass). So how can any bottle water have health benefits (proper hydration/ detoxification) if it's been on the shelf for weeks, if not months?

On the environmental impacts, "According to IBISWorld analyst Nate Gelman, out of the 6 billion pounds of plastic bottles thrown away every year, only about 30% of them are recycled, leaving a mountainous 86% in the landfill. Most manufacturers package their bottles with toxic contaminants that often contain carcinogenic compounds. The only benefit of bottled water is the convenience aspect, as something you can take on-the-go. But is the convenience worth all the environmental consequences?"

Canteens and glass bottles are a sustainable alternative to incorporate into your lifestyle (if you haven't already) to ensure a safe environment for your water, your body, and the environment you live. Shop your superior glass bottle and string holder here https://knottbrand.com/.

The Healthy Solution

How can you be assured access to healthy, clean, and sustainable drinking (and showering) water? Allow me to introduce to you ENAGIC. ENAGIC is a 40+ year old Japanese water technology company that has been the #1 leader in manufacturing water ionization systems all over the globe! With their advanced technology, Enagic's "Kangen machines" sit counter-top and dispense a total of 6 different antioxidant-rich, hydrogen-rich, mineral-rich water types for your health and household.

Kangen means "return to origin" in Japanese. It is no doubt they've connected the source of longevity, success, and happiness to their very own "fountain of youth" dispenser. Fortunately, I recently invested in my very own machine (and Anespa shower filter!) to fully experience the energetic benefits of the electrified Kangen water... along with my family, whom also love the versatility it shares in our home at the touch of a screen.

Flow Like Water

I will dive deeper into the science behind the Kangen machine in another post. For now, I encourage you to challenge the things you hear and see. True health comes from within. Your sacred codes are within you and only you have the power to tap into those authentic codes. Speak to your water as you would speak to your inner child, with gratitude and patience. Offer your service to others as the abundant flow of prosperity manifests within loving acts of kindness and compassion.

Weave your creations into the tapestry of the universe. After all, you are the creator and the water within you is surging with the ebb and flow of universal consciousness. Flow baby flow.... and come home to water consciousness.

A Spiritual Celebration: The Graduation from Mind to Heart

Do you ever wonder why you cannot fully meditate? Put it this way, meditation without the heart is like thinking without the mind. Mediation is feeling, while thinking is using your cognitive brain. Do you get where I am going with this? Rather than using your head in practicing a meditative state, practice scanning your feelings and body awareness, such as breathing. Being a volunteer for the world is the "work" of the soul, and one who takes the courageous leap, walks the path of the warrior. Just as a child graduates from crawling to walking, our human experience is celebrated every time we take a breath.

So what brought you here? Something greater than the very existence of life itself created this moment now; in fact, you created this moment right now for something else to unfold and so on in the spiral of time.

I will be up front with you now. I have been releasing a lot of emotion, some days it comes out of no where, I'll be driving and then "Whoosh", waves of emotion, feelings of loneliness, crash into my core. Other days, I am "triggered" by my mamma; whom is simply extending her unconditional love and service to me at every moment. I used to fail to realize the pure awareness and lucidity within the situation at hand. The biggest revelation I've had (and keep coming back to) is simply that we are all reflections of one another. Why for some people we can feel so fluid and free in expression, while others bring out the angry little child? Perhaps it's the little child whom we have not given the attention to in the first place and we need to comfort them most right now. These moments of "trigger" are created by your higher-self to bring you face to face with the facet that you are invited to uncover and clean the dust away. It's like a spiritual service; when you receive the invitation, you are invited to the "shadow work" at play; and therefore, initiate what you need to do (breathe; cry; scream; share; dance) to surrender to the little gremlin within.

Relationships are a service which allow us to grow and evolve. The "shadow" moments are simply dark spaces being illuminated by the light to help you shift out of an old way of being, or out of your head, and into your heart.

In a world where we all are fueled by heart, there would be no "low frequency emotions" (anger, fear, jealously, resentment) because everyone reflects one another, the great mirror. All people recognize love and compassion in the heart of a stranger and within the heart of a loved one. This is ultimate oneness. This is who we are.

The concept of separation is worth bringing up. Separation is a head thing (yep, same system that we discussed in the first sentence about meditation). Our (ego) mind created separation. It's a game our mind likes to play for the sake of its own entertainment purposes. The "imbalance" of our nature is that we were conditioned to believe the "duality" is our truth. We lived a majority of our lives practicing it in action, and therefore, if we dissolve the illusion of separation, we dissolve our physical existence and we see the world through spiritual eyes, as one whole body pulsating together.

According to Heart Math, "The human body has a magnetic field, with the heart being the strongest source in the body for electromagnetic activity. The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body, about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain waves."

Leonard Orr says, "When the mind is at peace, the body is enjoying what it's doing." Take a deep breath right now. Your breath is connected to the plants outside, the breath of your partner in the other room, the breaths of all whom once did breathe in this atmosphere. The connection with our breath awakens the connection to our heart. Your heart is your true north, the graduation from mind to heart, creativity thrives here.

Breath is like an alchemy; just like our creativity is to the heart. If you transform one, you transform the other.

In truth, not everyone will be there when you need them. We cannot rely on outside forces to lead us home. The path home is simply the walk, hand in hand, with your breath. That's who will guide you... never underestimate the power of the breath. I encourage you to study each other, practice and experiment. You will gracefully feel the oneness dancing within you, and you will fully experience the unlocking of your heart in full synchronicity, full power, guiding you home.

If "returning home" (returning to your breath vs. your mind) is the ultimate ecstasy; a time for celebration, and the graduation within our soul, then how can we create more heart coherence?

Dan Brule teaches Focus, Consistency, and Commitment, in his best seller "Just Breathe", as the big three to direct your spiritual practice in achieving conscious breath awareness. He says, "Breathwork is like a spiritual discipline." The more we focus and create unlimited compatibility with our heart, the more time dissolves, our intuition increases, psychic senses are activated, and our creativity rises like the reborn phoenix.

No one said it would be easy, though, a meaningful challenge is essential for the celebration of our souls. Breathing is the dance of your soul, so let us support each other in the union of our ever-expanding hearts; create our wildest dreams, and open portals to universes through the transmission of our beating drum within.

As above so below, as within so without.

Pay Your Respect: Bali, The Island of the Gods

I felt called to channel these words for two reasons, one, it is relevant (because it's what I am going through, which means you feel it too), and two, I developed my disposable film in which the portrayal of "ethereal oneness" was embodied in the raw moments I captured.

"Ethereal oneness" being the eternal, delicate, airy energy that surrounds us, "in between the spaces" energy which fills our cosmos. Sometimes we can't see it, other times it unfolds in a form of "coincidence", personal revelation, or simple acts of service. Whether you are present or not, it is present in you. You are connected to the person sitting across the room, the man waiting for the bus half-way around the world, the bird chirping in the Amazon forest, the fish swimming in the Pacific Ocean, the trees breathing outside... we are warm-blooded, breathing beings. We need love and nurturing, juicy colorful plants for nutrition, mineral-rich water for hydration, loving human connection, and most importantly, conscious breathing.

I first came to Bali August of 2016. Looking back at my experience, I distracted myself with the over-indulging night life, drugs, and external pleasures, leading to depression and even more suppression of my feelings. It wasn't until now, three years later, that I stepped out of the illusion I was creating and came heart to heart with my inner child.

Our life is an equal manifestation of light and dark. We are eternal beings, subconsciously striving for a balance in all areas of our existence. It is easy to consume all the bountiful fruits when the sun is shining, although, when we take a step back, we are practically drowning in the sensory overload of the illusion. We are surrounded by lush pleasure, but, we are also surrounded by darkness, which we have been suppressing in our own life.

If we keep running, how will we integrate and understand our heart's desires? Bali will greet you (if she hasn't already), at the golden gateway and it may not be as shimmering as you previously fantasized it to be.
Take a sacred pause and honor what you feel right now.

We are all scared and feel all types of ways, its part of our human experience. You are beginning to wake up. You are becoming more conscious of the world around you. Your inner world is a reflection of your outer world. Do you like what you see? Are you happy with your progress? Are you scared? Do you feel worthy of the projections you created in your life?

You don't need the validation. Your feeling is the validation. Embrace yourself and pleasure in your very own existence.

Perhaps you have had bizarre experiences when your feet touch the land, serendipitous encounters, freak accidents, traumatic releases, search for self, whatever may be your calling, you are here for a reason, and that reason being valid because you are experiencing it. Put yourself first in your healing process, but also, pay your respect to the Island of the Gods.

Everything we receive is a blessing in disguise.

Honor everything that you receive. Make a prayer or short blessing. Take a moment in silence. Be still with the offering. Take a few deep breaths. Thank the universe for its presence in your hands (or for this moment if its not a physical gift). Embrace each layer of it (and of you) with compassion and love.

❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The following images are a collection of what my disposable film captured in the rawness of time. To my surprise, the light decided to take a green dance all over the projections... it is what you make of it.

Gaze, ponder, shift your perspective, turn it upside down, zoom in, zoom out. See your reflection mirrored in the grain. Open your heart to her cry. Offer your heart to her existence.

Rebirthing Breathwork: Spiritual Purification in Samothraki

I woke up and honored the sun rising, beginning the day with a few sun salutations and a short morning flow of stretches and qi-gong that my body thanks me for upon rising. I enjoy to make up a flow as I go. It all depends on my body's feeling, so I listen to her (my body/my temple) and act. Every sun rise is different, so why not embrace the uniqueness in my body each day as well.

The enchanting island is alive and enriched with magic. She is growing with wild bush, cherry trees, fig trees, olive trees, wild herbs and wild flowers filling every space of her naked land. Her heart is in the middle which is guarded by the mountains. The story of Samothrace (aka Samothraki) is said that the island used to be virgin, which was held by the priests and priestesses that inherited the land throughout time. It wasn't until the fire was brought from Mount Athos (male/light) to Samothraki (female/dark), that radiated light from her crystal core, illuminating her mysterious presence from miles across the sea. Population of 2,500 humans and 100,000 goats.

She wore her elements beautifully.

The sun is alive and the birds are singing; it is a beautiful day. Today is "spiritual purification" day, meaning on this day, we allow ourselves to break free from the daily habitual norms and envelop ourselves in all the ways to spiritually purify our mind, body, and soul using the 5 elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Ether (Love).

This includes fasting and honoring the day in silence. Sometimes our ego/mind makes up a big story about fasting or not talking for a duration of time, the truth is, once you surrender, there are no barriers. Your mind and body is free to bathe in the abundant life spiraling all around at every moment.

My purpose on this earth is to do my dance. My steps are authentic and effortless. There is grace, passion, and laughter integrated in my moves. I can feel the sensations of my body dancing with joy, time doesn’t exist, I am a vortex of abundance and my heart is the music box."

Hawai’i le belle: Elements of a sunshine girl

danielle le belle photography model in oahu hawaii free spirit girl playing on the beach travel wild fun island lifestyle

I was sitting on my surfboard, floating on the surface where the water meets air.

The in between world—am I floating on the surface or sinking into the abyss?

The glitter on the water sparkles like angels dancing on the oceans surface.

It was happening all around, the sun beaming light so powerful it made the water dance.

Those vibrations danced through my body as I hovered in between the elements.

A wave crashes and pulls out and repeats this process—a life-death-life cycle.

It’s never ending, it’s always moving and always changing.

There is not one vibration that is the same

Just like the moment I found myself present in being.

A moment I can come back to no matter where I am or what I’m doing

The infinite abundance of impermanence.

She dances with the waves

She moves to the rays

She is sunshine girl.

San Miguel de Allende: A town your eyes will never forget

Walking through a kaleidoscope of colors, filled with authentic art, vibrant food, doors to the unknown and a radiant energy filling the streets. As we accompanied many curious travelers, whom were passing through day by day, we felt safe, welcomed, and respected in the beautiful historic town. This is San Miguel de Allende.

Woke up in casa Air B&B. Cosimo took me upstairs to the rooftop terrace, where the sun was beginning to rise over the eastern sky. The sun filled us up on this beautiful clear morning. We park the car and begin our walking adventure! We are led by heart, into markets, shops, art galleries, and museums. The town is exploding with colors every step we take. The more we stumble upon the cobbled back roads, the more we get a taste of the vibrancy. The warm colors paint our hearts, as we soak up the authentic details of the old historical town.

The locals were very respectful to tourism and travelers such as ourselves, many smiles on faces as we wandered the streets. We capture moments, take rest stops for tea, indulge in street sweet treats, rooftop nap on the terrace, more tea time, and play in the colorful artsy shops. The town is a warm rainbow; as if all of my favorite colors threw up on the city and painted its skin with life. We walk on our path knowing that all those colors fill us up. We will continue to spill out our authentic colors every step we take.

Enso: The ecstatic dance of reality

enso danielle fisser model photography ocean reflection bali indonesia

In Zen Buddhism, an 'ensō' is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create.

Sophie, a soul that I briefly met once before, with her partner, after they stayed at my father's property when visiting California from Holland. It wasn't until our chance encounter during golden hour at Echo Beach in Canggu, Bali that we met again. There was this exchange of energy with the couple, that when I met them, I felt right to put the time and effort into the relationship. It just flowed, we flowed.

At the time, Sophie was nurturing her creative life in Bali, by checking up on her jewelry production, which was being produced locally, while also taking a spontaneous detour to enjoy the Island of the Gods with her partner. I've seen Sophie's work (photography) through her Instagram, and it was something that I was very fond of–abstract, moody, and raw. It didn't strike me as anything ordinary, in fact the exact opposite, which I was mentally and physically drawn to.

We had planned to get together, along with a make-up artist and a stylist to join in the creative project (whom as a result, did not end up joining us). The simplicity of the work of Sophie and I unaccompanied, was in fact the whole vibe itself.

Creative life takes form, just like a river in a storm.

"Woman's eyes flash as they create...their faces flush with life, their hair shines...excited by the idea, aroused by the possibilities impassioned by the very thought, and are meant to flow outward and continuously on their own unparalleled creative path."

"...the one who is aroused, the one who in her heart rushes to touch everything she can to make grow takes the form of this river." [Women Who Run with the Wolves]

Sophie and I met at the crack of dawn. She had some ideas to begin with, which she showed me previously, but these just came as a source of inspiration.  It was just us and the nature surrounding.

The circular bond between two beings. The flow of energy within each body, and those bodies surrounding us. Me, Sophie and the nature in flow, creating waves of vibrations, moving in all directions. Some vibrations you can hear, like the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks at my feet. Some vibrations you can see, like the subtle breeze as it brushes against my scalp. Others, you can feel, like the sunshine crystallizing on my face.

My head space was empty. I felt the linen brush against my skin, the ocean splash across my ankles... it was as if Sophie wasn't even there, as if I was there, present among all the vibrations of the universe forming a circle around me.

The song of no mind—the lucid melody of nature at play.

danielle fisser bali indonesia model photogrpahy reflections enso circle editorial fashion black and white mood water ocean art

"There is a continual dance of creation and annihilation, of mass changing into energy and energy changing to mass. Transient forms sparkle in and out of existence, creating a never-ending, forever newly created reality."

Sophie's brain sends an impulse to her fingers, which share a vibration to the camera, to trigger the lens to close and open manually. What we know as taking a photo is a choreographed dance of vibrations which will never be danced the same one-way again.

This dance never stops.

danielle fisser bali indonesia model photogrpahy reflections enso circle editorial fashion black and white mood water ocean art

Activate your beating drum resonating inside of you. This melody can serve as a tool for you to access - a paintbrush to create.

Tune into your melody. Swim in the waters. Dance to the ecstasy of the inner flow.

Freehand your reality.

Draw your circle.

Abbot Kinney: Afternoon strolls in Venice Beach

Brian and I spent the golden evening frolicking around, on the somewhat quiet streets of Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach. We enjoyed playing around, like kids in the park before dark, producing content for brand @mvmtforher. Brian juggles three different cameras... I like that. One camera in specific being his 35mm film camera, which he had managed to have some captures left over on the roll. An unexpected surprise, apart from the usual DSLR camera. One week later the roll turned out a little something like this...

A day in the life: Billabong girl in Bali

Billabong Womens Australia took the pleasure in interviewing my lifestyle in Bali! Head to their blog (https://au.billabong.com/blog/post/bali-bound-with-danielle-fisser) to have a read at some recommendations of my favorite food spots (apart from my own kitchen) and my go-to adventure escapism on the island!
